Come and learn how to get the most out of your mountain bike – great fun, day long courses running at various locations.

Introductory Courses – A great place to start for most people looking to improve their mountain biking, this covers all the core riding skills such as front wheel lifts, drops, hills and bike set up. The course covers approximately 8 miles (10am - 4pm) so if you feel this is too challenging for you please attend the novice course.

Children’s – For any riders under 18. The day follows a similar format to the Introductory Skills Course but just with riders of a similar age. Taken by CRB checked instructors this day is suitable for anyone 8yrs up with no adults allowed. Bikes must have knobbly tyres, mountain bikes are ideal however not essential.

Intermediate – For experienced riders only, strongly suggested you complete the Introductory Course first, however if you have substantial riding experience and can happily lift the front wheel 25cm and roll drops up to 50cm then come and learn bunny hops, clearing drops at speed, aggressive cornering techniques and how to get more out of the Trail Centres.

1. Choose how much in Clubcard vouchers you’d like to exchange, on the right, and then click ‘add to basket’.

- any change from your vouchers will be credited to your Clubcard Account.

2. We’ll send your token(s) and booking form within 5 working days of your order being placed.

3. Once you have received your tokens complete the booking form and send it with your tokens to the address on the form within 9 days of making your booking.

Once your tokens have been received by the supplier you will be sent confirmation of your booking.

- Any outstanding balance must be paid at the time of booking.

• Mountain bike hire is not included, however it can be arranged at the time of booking if required.

• Tokens are not transferable and will be issued with the name shown on your Clubcard vouchers and may be printed with your postcode.
